                Have you ever felt that you have lost the purpose of your life? You got all the energy but don't have the urge to do something. You always feel a sense of stagnation and emptiness in yourself. Maybe you are thinking that you are suffering from Depression but no, you aren't. This particular feeling has a name itself which is 'Languishing'. It's the middle child of mental health between Flourishing and Depression. A psychologist called Dr. Adam Grant has narrated Languishing in a perfect way. He said," Languishing is a sense of feeling "stuck" and "empty" about your life. It feels as if you're muddling through your days, looking at your life through a foggy windshield." The best way of getting rid of Languishing is just to help yourself by your own. Do what you like the most. Get on the flow. Remember, the best predictor of well being isn't optimism. It's "flow".
