My favorite book is Ikigai, and I get such a great feeling every time I read it. Today, I'll share 10 Ikigai rules that could improve your lifestyle. Let's start. 1. Remain active and never retire. 2. Take things slowly in life. 3. Don’t fill your stomach. 4. Surround yourself with good friends. 5. Do regular exercise to get in shape for your upcoming birthday. 6. Smile everyday. 7. Connect yourself with nature. 8. Give thanks to Allah for everything. (Alhamdulillah) 9. Live in the moment. (Don't regret the past and worry about the future) 10. Follow your Ikigai. (The sum of Passion, Profession, Vocation, and Mission) That's it. You can do this. Good Luck.
