Hey, yes, you. I'm talking to you. You are reading my post that means you are awake, right? Well, have you had your breakfast? I hope you have had. Now answer me, why you woke up this morning and why you are working? Do you have any Ikigai? Oh,you don't have know about Ikigai? No,problem. I'm trying to tell you about it. Simply, Ikigai means the purpose of life. And the book, Ikigai about which I'm going to talk a little is about the process that will help you know your purpose of life. It will help you to learn about the Japanese techniques that make your journey easier to achieve the purpose. It has many chapters that is individually excellent. But a part of chapter 3 made me happier as a reader. It was about Morita Therapy. A therapist named Shoma Morita invented the purpose Centric therapy to find one's purpose of life. Here she advised to accept one's feelings. Having stress, dilemma, bad mood all of these are a part of life which is completely normal. So she also advised to do what one should be doing otherwise it makes no sense. Emotions shouldn’t be the controller of us. I'm very happy after reading this book. Unknowingly i was following some of the rules from this book. Like i believe being busy can bring mental peace and less frustration. This book or the Japanese are also saying this. It is saying to be more active. Actually it’s us who can create both happy and sad moment. So we should do whatever makes us happy and healthy. As well as for achieving purpose of life we should enter into those sectors that will give us money for making ourselves happier and healthier. Multitasking is a good term to hear but not an effective way to save time.

Actually this book is a masterpiece as it is based on research and reality. Hope you will like it a lot too like me.
